Ardenlea
Ardenlea is a modern detached house with lovely views overlooking a quiet park. It is located in a quiet area of Pitlochry but is only a 5 minute walk to the Town Centre providing you with a variety of shops and places to eat. Pitlochry is an ideal base for walking, fishing, golfing and touring the picturesque area and is home to the Theatre in the hills, salmon ladder, Blair Atholl distillery, with Blair Castle and House of Bruar (known as 'Harrods of the North') only a short drive away.
Accommodation
The accommodation is non-smoking and has gas central heating throughout. It has one double and two twin bedrooms. One well behaved pet only is allowed by prior arrangement. Private off road parking is available beside the house. Ardenlea has a small secluded well kept garden with outdoor seating.
*Changeover day is Friday for complete weeks*
Ground floor - living room with leather suite, wide screen TV, DVD/Video recorder. Fully equipped kitchen including fridge, freezer, electric cooker, microwave. Four poster kingsize bedroom with memory foam mattress. Bathroom including shower over bath.
Upstairs - 2 Twin bedded rooms. Two toilets. Shower room with walk-in shower, w.c. lovely glacier bowl and electric shaver point.
All linen and towels are provided free of charge. A cot and highchair are available on request.
